Caterers Club membership offers Catering Liability Insurance as a combined package of £5m Public Liability*, £5m Products Liability* (including food poisoning) and £10m Employers Liability

*Increasing to £10million where required by contract or regulation

This means that we give you a minimum of £5m worth of cover.  If you tender for an event; or trade in an area, where it is a requirement to hold £10m cover, we automatically extend this for you.  There is no need to contact us as your policy clearly extends the limits of liability where required.  There is a third party property damage excess of £250
